Guys, sorry but going forward I will not permit posts promoting specific specialists or named services prior to someone attaining a significant trust level on the board.
I definitely won’t allow that on first post.
Posting such things in the highly influential Success & Positivity category (and as first post) is particularly suspicious.
To help prevent ‘shilling’ you need to achieve Trust Level 2 to post a Topic there directly going forward. I will continue to use discretion to move Topics there if I believe its appropriate.
Mentioning who your doctor and even saying you’ve had a good experience is fine but please refrain from OTT praise.
Please feel free to flag anything which breaks these rules.
These rules exist to protect board members from commercial manipulation at a time when they are particularly vulnerable. Some sites ban mentions of doctors completely.
