Safe foods become triggers?

Is it possible for previously safe foods to become triggers?

I’ve become more sensitive to weather changing than I used to be. I wonder whether this could be countered by avoiding common triggers that had tested out okay at times when the meteorologist suggests the weather may cause me problems.

Your thoughts/ experiences?

I know this is an old post but I am now unable to eat items that previously (even with this condition) have been able to eat with no problem! Black beans (organic) were a staple and now they drive my head crazy within the first couple bites!! My diet has become ridiculously limited and frustrating! Anyone else
