My wife had spilt some quinoa on the table and i dropped some beads and replaced quinoa for effexor beads !

So, you break apart a capsule and pour out the individual beads. I imagine this is not easy; they’ve got to be quite small.
How do you separate them - do you use a knife or something like that, to drag them across the table?
And then once you’ve counted out 12 beads, how do you take them?
And what do you do with the remaining beads?
@Manatee you took the questions out of my mouth. I was watching a video and the gal did the same thing and was wondering how did she do all of that with the beads.
It is quite simple. I use a ceramic bowl and open the capsule and pour it in. the bowl makes it easy to grab and drag the beads out. I then count the beads and drop it into my pill organizer. Pill organizer has separate compartment for every day and i drop the same number of beads for every day.

i drop it in water and drink it up.
