Yeah, in hindsight that may also be attributed to getting a new gym membership and lifting weights 3 times a week. I’m also running more consistently too. Once the headaches are more or less under control (with topiramate + verapamil), exercise becomes more possible and the myofascial pain becomes reduced. Motion is lotion for muscles. :grinning:
