Really bad for 2 or 3 days. Then 2 weeks to get back to baseline.
That 2 week period is very common. It’s mentioned a lot here.
I have had so many attacks where this pattern was repeated.
That said my recent relapse took longer (but was generally much more mild than the old days)

Once you’ve had every symptom it gets easier because their reappearance gets boring
