I echo others in that venlafaxine has helped me with the floating detached head feeling. It’s been about five months and I’m at 75mg/day now. It did work quite quickly and despite ups and downs the last few weeks brought some of the clearest days since I started venlafaxine.

Thank you so mhch lorissa this will be my next port of call if prozac dose morning . I just get so freaked out that so many meds I’ve tried haven’t worked I’m scared Effexor may be the same
I am sure that something will work. It is brutally hard to be on a difficult path but remember that so long as you are looking for answers and relief, you are moving forward.
