I called my general doctor yesterday and told her I was having extreme cold extremities that were turning blue (lips, toes, fingers) and horrible nightmares, insomnia, bad depression and heart palpitations on 30 mg. of Propranolol and she said to stop taking immediately. She also asked if I wanted to try Nori, but I am already on 75 mg. of generic Effexor. Are these two a good mix or not?? I need some advice as I am going to see her in the next day or two and we are going to talk about what else to try.
