Over the years, i have found what triggers vertigo (some foods, exercice, some postures, ponytails, etc.) but i still haven’t figured what triggers palinopsia, besides postures where my head is not well aligned for a while - when i get up it’s worse) or changing light intensity (being outside in the dark and going where there is a bright light).
Have you noticed what triggers it for you? Have you found any things that help?
