Hi I have been suffering from constant vertigo for about 2.5 years now, I have been prescribed setraline which was replaced by lexapro after 2 years. Lexapro makes me feel better less anxious and with more energy however the swaying symptom is still there, I wanna try amytriptiline any suggestion?
Try propranolol as it is from a different family called beta blockers. You can try Amitriptyline also, in fact i have listened to a podcast by Doctor Adelman who says Ssri for anxiety and Amitriptyline for Migraine is a good combo.
