I have a choice.
Zoloft or nortriptyline.
The thing I don’t like about nortriptyline is the possibility of a racing heart, I just hate that feeling.
But maybe it’s the better drug?
Did anyone on here get better on zoloft or nortriptyline?

I have found that GAIA St Johns Wort works just as well as nortriptylien if not better if I take it at the the same time three times a day. It causes slight water retention but when I’m not having the symptoms I feel calm and not hungry so that helps. (in terms of not gaining weight which is a problem for anything that works on your serotonin - some people don’t have a problem though). I haven tried zoloft but 10mg of nort. helped me massively after the first week but I have less sx on SJW and it works just as well as nort. for light sensitivity and stuff. Zoloft and nort together is something a girl I read about used to get better - google an XO Jane article about vestibular migraine by Brittany Waterson
Zoloft, as Nortriptyline can cause drowsiness, weight gain, and heart problems. Being on both is an option if it comes down to it, though!
