Anyone find success recently? Most of the posts about it are from 5 - 8 years ago.

I am currently being treated with 120mg verapamil and 75 mg nortriptyline. After 15 years being undiagnosed and taking 100mg of meclizine I am getting better…not sure if it’s one med over the other or the combination. Verapamil does cause severe constipation so the GP prescribed Linzess today…haven’t tried it yet to see if it helps.
I have been using verapamil for the past 7 years, 40 mg 3 times a day which was prescribed initially to help with a heart arrhythmia but it stopped migraine headaches in their tracks so I am very happy with it. No constipation either at that dose but as a vegetarian I do eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
