It’s been a 2 year struggle and many specialist with no answer to why I am feeling the way I am. CTs, MRIs, blood work everhthi bg has always been normal. I came across this forum and thought that everyone has the same problems I have! Vertigo, dizziness, head pressure, tinnitus, neck pain, pressure behind eye, eye floaters and vision that becomes blurry and squiggly looking at times, anxiety, face neck and arm tingling and numbness, nose pressure, sinus problems and I even have chest pain and a buzzing feeling behind left breast.
Has anyone else had the chest pain and buzzing feeling?
The Neuro that I was sent to was pretty much a quack and didn’t listen or help at all. Now trying to get sent to another Neuro but I think it would be easier to break into fort Knox then get another referral 
No migraines just some little headaches here and there because of eye pressure.
It’s to the point I can’t even functional normally in life due to vertigo and other symptoms. It’s a struggle to even drive due to vertigo dizziness and also increased pulse rate.
I can relate to the very most of your symptoms, including the chest pain.
In my case the chest pain is probably related to fear as particular the vertigo causes at least feeling insecure and that gets worse in public places with a lot of people and a lot of noise around.
What exactly do you mean with “buzzing” Feeling as opposed to “tingling” ? Sorry, my mother tongue isn’t english.
Do you experience those symptoms more or stronger when exposed to visual attractions such as flickering lights at night. Or when you are walking through Long narrow aisles such as in a big grocery store ?
