I have been suffering from persistent vertigo for 2 years, my neurologist prescribed me sertraline I got much better at the beggining but now I feel that I am stuck and not getting any more better, can anyone give me some recommendations of medications thanks
I was on Zoloft for 5 months it helps the anxiety and panic attacks associated with diziness. It did very little to the dizziness itself. It helps coping though. Ask for migraine meds if you have headache or light/sound sensitivity and talk to neuro about vestibular migraine.
Amitriprtyline/nortriptyline are good meds to start with and see if you get results. Take’s around 6 weeks to see full results
