People often misunderstand Migraine Associated Vertigo because they associate a normal Migraine headache with it.
The Migraine can often just manifest itself as pain in the head and other (less well known) symptoms. It is important to stress to others that Migraine Vertigo can take many forms and is far more serious than just a normal Migraine headache.
